Clinic and Medical Services The
New York State Veterans' Home Medical Services include the operation and supervision
of the onsite Clinic, Admissions,
the Pharmacy, Medical Records, and Discharge Planning. The clinic consists of the Medical
Director, attending physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and the support
staff. Vision, dental, and podiatry services are also provided to our residents. To schedule
