The New York State Veterans' Home at Montrose is certified for Medicaid and Medicare specializing in skilled care. Each resident must require skilled nursing care. The facility provides skilled nursing care including IV Therapy, Wound Management, Tracheostomy care, as well as full Rehabilitation Services; Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy.
