The Business Office at The New York State Veterans Home at Montrose oversees: Billing, Resident Accounts, Purchasing and Medicaid/Medicare.

Residents may deposit funds into an interest bearing trust fund account through the Home's Residents Accounts Office located in the business office suit. This fund is available to residents seven days/twenty four hours a week to pay for personal items or services such as Barber/Beauty, Telephone or clothes. A statement is automatically provided to residents or designated representative or upon request. Banking is also provided at every wing on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The NYS Veterans Home at Montrose is required to follow all procurement regulations of the State of New York.
