The Centralized Billing Office is located in Oxford, NY. It was formerly housed in one of the original Women's Relief Corps structures, which was also home to Administrators of the Veterans' Home. It is now located in a newly built facility across from the Oxford Veterans' Home, this site was previously occupied by the farm house.

The Centralized Billing Office is responsible for the billing operations of the four New York State Veterans' Homes including Oxford, St. Albans, Batavia, and Montrose.
